Once you have tried the above and seen a serious change in your libido and sexual energy, you will be hooked. Food is essential for a great sex life. Restricting foods such as carbohydrates or avoiding certain foods can have a detrimental effect on libido.
Try and eat a wide variety of foods and consciously incorporate the above foods so that they make up at least 30% of your daily diet.
