We did a photoshoot a while back and in amongest the bodies, was an outstanding physique which belonged to Minas Mina, a former Mr Cyprus and runner up at the Mr Mediterranean.
We decided to take some more photos of him for you. He is currently off season and not really training for any particular competition. This is how this man looks all year round so imagine what happens when he starts training properly and getting ready for a competition.
Minas competed a few years back:
"My training is heavy and intense. I go to the gym 6 days a week, training every body part once a week. Free weights make up the majority of my exercise selections. I'd say free-weight moves constitute most of my training, with the rest of the exercises done with cables and machines.
I follow a diet of six to seven meals per day, in order to keep me lean all year round. There are several changes made depending on bulking up or getting in condition for a competition.
I study Sports Science in the U.K finishing my B.A this year. I am planning to continue my studies by doing a Masters degree in 'Nutrition'.
My last competition was five years ago at 18 years of age and I am planning to compete again next year in the U.K."
