Whey protein can make you bloated only if you take it with dairy products (which you may be allergic to) or with any other foods which you may be allergic to. If you do get bloated from things like LA Whey (highly unlikely), try mixing them with water or fruit juice. They have been designed to be lactose-free, so if you are lactose intolerant, they will not bother you.
Cheaper protein blends can make you feel tired, bloated and full of gas! This should not be the case with LA Muscle proteins.
