These bites are the perfect snack - filling, delicious and high in protein

For most people to get through the day, they need about 3 proper meals. However, for the lifters those might not be enough. We often tend to find ourselves semi hungry before lunch or in the afternoon. Yes, it's that snack time we are talking about and we have the perfect recipe that is filling, high in protein and very delicious! We are talking about Protein Peanut Butter Bites.


Ingredients


Cooking Method

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until a paste.
  • Line a small pot with foil.
  • Fill with mixture and even out.
  • Place in fridge over night.
  • Once set, cut into bite size chunks & enjoy.
