Turkey & Spinach Wrap

A healthy lunch time alternative

RATE:  
 

Ingredients:

  • 2x flour tortilla
  • 200g turkey
  • 200g spinach
  • Tomato/onion/bell pepper
  • Spices, sea salt, pepper

Method:

1. Cut turkey into pieces and add spices.
2. Fry turkey with the spinach & vegetables in olive oil.
3. Throw everything on the tortillas.
4. Fold them on one end and roll them up to form a wrap.

5. Eat post strength training.
