1 Can Tuna in Brine/Water
1 tbsp fresh onion
1/2 cups mushroom fresh
1/3 cups shredded cheese
Spices to taste
1-3 Bread on the side (optional)
Sauté onions and mushrooms while preparing the eggs.
Add tuna to egg mixture along with a bit of tuna juice.
Add any spices to taste and fold into the cooked onions and mushrooms.
When eggs are set, add shredded cheese and fold over.
Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
Dice up some mixed Fruit and add to the plate
