• 2 tbsps citrus
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 sweet potato (medium size cut into 8 wedges)
• 3 tbsps olive oil
1. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil.
2. Toss in sweet potatoes and brown on all sides for 1 minute. Remove to a plate.
3. Add remaining olive oil and brown chicken on both sides.
4. Return sweet potatoes to pan and sprinkle all with Citrus. Cook 3 minutes, toss and serve
