  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of snow peas
  • 1 cup of broccoli

Method:

1. Steam Snow peas & broccoli in hot water for 10 mins
2. Place spinach in frying pan with a little salt and black pepper and cook for 5 mins.
3. Grill seasoned chicken breast for 35 mins
