Vanilla Protein Power Smoothie***
Looking to increase your fibre intake? This smoothie recipe is packed full of quality ingredients to aid with muscle building and high in fibre to help with your digestion. Chia seed, flaxseed and cranberries are all packed with fibre to keep your digestive system happy. With almost 6g of fibre, this recipe contributes to a significant amount of your daily needs in just one glass. This can be taken before your work outs to increase your energy or after workouts to increase glycogen levels and give you quality protein after a hard session. Not to mention it tastes great too!
1 tbsp dried Unsweetened Cranberries
1 scoop LA Whey Vanilla
1/2 cup frozen Cherries
1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 tbsp Flaxseeds
1/3 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (cartoned)
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend, pour and enjoy!
