1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Mix the oats, whey protein powder and cinnamon.
3) Add the Peanut butter and mix thoroughly.
4) Add the egg whites, mashed bananas and honey.
5) Mix well and slowly add the skim milk.
6) Once mixed spoon or pour into a greased or parchment lined 9 x 9" cake pan.
7) Smooth with a knife.
8) Bake for 15 or 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
9) Cut into 8 bars when cooled.
10) Great snack for on the road or after your workout.
