Hi Ray
There isn't really a 'better' one as such when comparing Norateen Heavyweight II and LongJack, both are very potent and should give similar results with regards to muscle gain.

Thanks for the reply, so is it ok to stack Norateen Heavyweight II with Longjack??
Or would you recommend a different product to stack with these??
