This is an embarassing question. I am 41 years old. I have always had a relatively active sex life. Over the last 2 years I find that I cannot get it up like before and I am embarassed to have sex and feel a failure. I have tried the advice on your site on eating certain foods recommended and other things such as not masturbating and although it did work at first I find that it has stopped working for me. Can you please help me? I am desperate and don't know what to do.

Hello First of all let me say that this sort of problem IS treatable so don't despair. And just to make it clear, you are not the only person suffering. I see many young, healthy men in their 20s, 30s, 40s and so on suffering from erectile dysfunction. It goes without saying that if you have this problem, you MUST first go to your doctor. You will also probably be aware that this problem is usually temporary and very often psychological factors can play a part. Please read: /docs/magazine/article/boostmalelibidonaturally and /docs/magazine/article/libidofoods Try the advice given above alongside the various foods for 1 month. If you still have a problem, try introducing some Essential Fatty Acids, like Flax Oil, Omega Fatty Acids or Fish oil. Take the oils itself or the oil in the form of capsules, 3 times a day. In addition to this, take some Ginkgo Biloba capsules from a reputable brand. Take it 1-2 times a day. If you are still having problems, then I would suggest seeing a psychologist/ hypnotherapist or sexologist. I am here to help you further if you still cannot conquer your temporary problem. Kind regards

Hello You can go to your medical practitioner, tell him about your problem and see if he will prescribe Levitra, Viagra or Cialis. These can be the quick fix that you seek. There are many factors affecting erections, their initiation and maintenance. Hormones, food, psychology, exercise (or lack of), physiology, stress, nutritional deficiency... so many things. My initial advice stands. For a long term results, you may want to give the diet, food and exercise advice a go. Regards

I have listened to your advice and changed my diet dramatically and things seem to be changing. Still not perfect. I think this Gingko Biloba is really helping me as I feel a lot more "full" on normal days and more ready for sex. Thank you. I will keep you updated.
