I have lost alot of weight recently and i have noticed by boobs have gone smaller is there anything i can do to stop them shrinking? I still have a bit more weight to shift............ Don't worry, be happy. |

Isnt that fairly natural if you are loosing weight? You loose weight from everywhere, i dont think its something that can be stopped...... sorry to disappoint you

Hi Bobby, I'm affraid Summer may be right in that matter. You can't spot reduce fat. I lost a lot of weight last year and my bobs've gone 1 full cup size down. Now I've put some weight on again and they got bigger. A lot depends on hormonal changes too.

Ralph, What if it rains???? Bobby - how much does it bother you? and also is it dramatic difference? I know when i loose weight mine change too (think its the same with evey woman) - but for my size and height, im very lucky and i still always look big :) so it doesnt bother me at all...

There are breast enhancement creams on the market. Not sure if they work. But hey if they don't you could always get a boob job.

Thanks for the advice guys and girls. well they have shrunk two sizes I have heard about enhancement creams Lisa not sure if their effective... not looking to get a boob job i'm not that insecure. I'm just worried they might get even smaller. RRPP: only teenagers stuff tissue. ( not advice i will be taking) Don't worry, be happy. |

I don't believe in breast enhancement creams. Just another way of getting moeny out of naive women. If you lose fat, you will lose it from all over the body, so that pretty much explains the question. Try some chest exercises with weights, that will definitely strengthen the muscles underneath and at least help you maintain nice shape. Also, best to lose weight gradually. Anything rapid will not e good for the breasts and it's also easier to put the weight back on.
