Hello

Reduce sugar, salt, saturated fats. Take Benecol, olive oil.
Go for walks. Exercise.

Baldness:
1. Rub your fingernails together every day vigirously for 30 minutes (can be split) - This triggers the scalp nerves to grow new hair.

2. Reduce your stress levels.

3. Don't use normal shampoos. Use Zeal: www.noflakes.com (no I don't work for them).

4. Don't scratch your scalp or hair. Leave it alone. Don't put harsh products on it.

Regards

DOC YO

Right, thank you very much.

I wasn't aware of the fact that rubbing your fingernails triggers this reaction. That's fantastic, I'll try it.

I do use many shampoos that perhaps I shouldn't so I'll check out the site you mentioned.

With regards to stress, I find this one of the overpowering symptoms in my life but perhaps the walks can encourage stress relief and exercise at the same time. Im heading to Scotland this weekend so that should help.

Thanks again
