Quick update.... Started on a new routine, which is slightly more bodybuilding based, though I should build my strength back up with it. I lost a bit of muscle on my time off, so this should help...

I can see the appeal of morning training, but like Ross, I'm just not a morning person! I'm also wary of working muscles that have been lying in a bed for the last 8 hours! Increased risk of injury?
