Miss European and World Tall Figure
Helen has been body building and competing in the Miss Figure Class since 1999. She has represented the UK on several occasions in places such as Greece, Spain, Germany and Malta.
Helen's achievements include:

2004 she has won Miss North West, placed 2nd at the Miss NABBA Britain and 4th in Europe

2005 competed twice in Miss North- West in May- Figure 1st, then in October- Miss UK Leeds- Figure, 1st.

2006 placed 2nd in Miss Trained Figure at the UK Bodybuilding Championships held in Pudsey, Leeds, also awarded another trophy for Best Presentation

2007 placed 3rd in the Trained Figure category at the NABBA British Finals

April 2007- Miss Pendle Valley International, 1st

July, 13th 2008- BNBF Northern Bodybuilding Championships in Manchester- Miss Physique, 1st
