Nav's recent shape at the NABBAs was unbelievable. This man is going places. For someone who has only been training for 2 years, Nav has an amazing body. Check out his NABBA pictures.
Nav competed in the 2000 Stars of Tomorrow, placing 2nd. He also competes in the EFBB and hopes this year to take his weight category. Nav has a very strong upper body and has one of those deceptive bodies. You look at him and you think, "yeah he trains". He takes his kit off and you say: "Man, he COMPETES!". Nav has a very decent body and is probably one of the best posers on-stage at this moment in time.

Nav uses many LA Muscle supplements. Here are some of his remarks: "Norateen Heavyweight II completely blew my mind.
