Antoinette is an amazing woman. She has been training for just 3.5 years. She came in at the ANB qualifiers in Redcar and won it. She then went to the ANB UK finals and won that too. Next she went to the ANB World Championships and placed 3rd. 3rd best natural bodybuilder in the world? That's just after 3 competitions! Talk about having potential!
Born in Perivale, London, Antoinette was raised in Mid Glamorgan, South Wales. She follows the 4 day split routine and trains in London. Her favourite bodybuilders are Arnie and Lenda Murray.
