Richard is a man of many talents. As well as modelling, he is a competitor in natural body building events. This is what he has to say:
"I am very sports minded individual, who has represented local teams at Football, Rugby League & Union, I have also participated in a variety of extreme sports including Bungee Jumps & Absailing.
But my biggest passion in life aside from my family is the wonderful sport of Bodybuilding.
I have competed Naturally twice, once in a NPA contest and also winning the Five Towns Novice Class in 2002.
Being only 5'7 tall can prove to have its disadvantages, but bodybuilding has given me the confidence to pursue my dreams and belive that anything is possible. It has also "opened a variety of doors" for me so far including giving me the opportunity to work for and feature in Mens Health magazine as a Cover Model Finalist 2005. I am now pursuing more modeling work within the fitness industry and plan to compete again in 2006 hopefully qualifying for both NPA and BNBF British finals."
