I ordered something on Sunday. Today is Monday and I still haven't got it?
Goods are sent out during working hours. i.e. Monday-Friday. If you place your order via the web site over the weekend, then you will have your goods "sent out" on Monday. If you have paid for Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery, you will have your goods on Tuesday. Otherwise it will be 1-3 days but can take longer. We ALWAYS recommend that you Guarantee your goods for next working day delivery. Web orders will have priority over all others, so you will get your order quicker. Orders placed in the evening or at night, will be sent out the following day.
