Vasculator I've been working out about 5 times a week for the past 6 months and have simply seen amazing improvement. I'm currently taking 10g of creatine a day alongside the generally recommended "body weight in grams of protein" per day (I now weigh 180-185, up from 170 when I began - I am 5'11" or 6'0").
My question is about vascularity. My left arm has quite a bit of vascularity (I am left-handed) and off an on, my chest can start to do it to in the central pectoral area. My right is lagging behind but catching up. Oh, and I like the way it looks - I don't want to look "freakishly big" but I do want to look well-muscled (I already do, but veins really bring that to the forefront). Basically I'm wondering how much a Vasculator would really help my situation. I only do cardio 2-3 times a week for 25 minutes currently; as I am in a weight gain phase, I find it hard to put on weight if I do too much cardio. Generally I gain about a lb. a day during the days I don't do cardio, and lose a lb. a day when I do cardio. This is on average for the past 2-3 months. Thanks!
Genetically, some people are more Vascular than others. Having said that, if you observe people closely, you will see that the "vascular" ones have a few things in common. In my experience if you have good blood circulation and low body fat and you do exercise, you will look vascular.
It helps if you get a good "pump" in the gym too. So if one side of you is more vascular than another, then you need to get more of a pump on the non-vascular side. If you are generally not vascular at all, then you need to definitely change certain things as below:
1. You need to do more aerobic exercise to get yourself more conditioned and get the blood circulation going.
2. You need to reduce your body fat levels by eating less carbs, sugars and saturated fats.
3. You need to get a good "pump" in the gym. This may mean reducing the weight and increasing the reps.
With regards to Vascltor, this is a very strong product and really does give you an amazing pump and vascularity. I have not to date seen anything more effective. As long as you take Vasculator regularly as directed, you will start seeing more vascularity, even on your non-vascular side!
You may want to stack Vasculator with ZAC for unparalleled Vascularity. Many professionals do this.
