Your query is a common one. You see because you are a body builder at heart, you can't stand the thought of not training, losing size etc. fact is though that because of your injury you are losing size, just over long-term. Shoulder injuries are very difficult to get rid of, because we use our shoulders for most things to do with the upper body.
Pain is a signal and you know what? It's a RED signal! Pain says: STOP. You say people have told you to train it off. People who say train an injury off are right in a way. Training it off, means getting oxygen, blood, protein, minerals etc to that body part. But not at the expense of pain. You can try it. I don't advise it, but you can try it. Anyhow from your email it seems that you have tried this but the injury still keeps coming back.
I would strongly suggest that you have a layoff and NOT put a time on your lay off. Your body will take however long it needs to repair your shoulder. This can be 1 month or 1 year. Give it a chance to repair itself.
Don't strain it. Don't do weight training involving the shoulders. Don't stress it. Do not anything that causes even the slightest pain in your shoulders. You have asked about Norateen II. I would not advise it for you at this time as it would be pointless. Why would you want to take a strong body building product, when really you should not be body building for now.
What you should be doing is resting, relaxing, eating lots of protein rich foods, taking in lots of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Natural anti-inflammatories such as Chamomile are also good as well as things like Aspirin (if you are ok taking it). If you want to take a supplement to heal your injury quicker then I strongly recommend IP4. I have personally witnessed near miraculous results from this supplement and always get emails from people who have tried it and been astonished with it. You may want to up the dosage temporarily to 10-12 a day for a short while.
Please don't be afraid of coming back weaker. You will always have muscle memory. Once your injury is gone, you will start off slow, but gradually reach your previous level and beyond. Supplements like Norateen II etc will help you then. For now, give your body the chance to heal.
