MAKE TRAINING AND HEALTHY NUITRITION A WAY OF LIFE

After 12 years of intense training consisting of a title at the 2001 Miss Cyprus bodybuilding competition, and 2 healthy pregnancies, 31yr old Chris Soteriou still continues to love the unique feeling and the satisfaction that she gets after an intense weight work out. Now a personal trainner at the 'Total Muscle and Fitness' center in Larnaca, she intends to pass on her passion for training on to her clients. Chris follows a 5 day a week training program consisting of 1 hour cardiovascular session followed by a 1 hour workout in the weight department, this combined with a healthy eating plan is her secret to staying in good shape all year round. 
Chris's training programme is as follows:

Monday: Cardiovascular: 20 min Stepper, 20 min free runner, 20 tread-mill; Weight work out: Shoulders , Rear deltoids, Biceps, Triceps

Tuesday: 40 min brisk incline walking on the treadmill, 20 min stationary seated bike; Legs, inner & outer thighs, abdominals and lower back

Wednesday: Cardio same as Monday; Back & Chest

Thursday:  repetition of Monday's workout

Friday: 40 min brisk walking on treadmill followed by 20 min Stepper; Legs and Back, abdominals and lower back

For the past 17 years Chris has been following a Lacto-Vegetarians diet, her eating plan consists of egg whites, pulses , skimmed milk, high fibre cereals and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetable

Her training consists of Super sets as well as drop sets for that extra burn, the most intense workout of the week is the leg workout , which consists of lunges, hack-squats, leg extensions, leg curls, stiff legged, finishing off her killer workout with inner and outer thighs.
