Parham
Previously a lawyer, Parham is also qualified in Nutrition, Physiology, Anatomy and Sports Therapy. He has years of knowledge and experience on supplements, bodybuilding, nutrition and specific diets, advising some of the top body builders from around the world. He is the editor of the best-selling The Body-Kit Manual and the author of Body Builder, The Book and the complementary medicine best seller Cold Beater (book & e-book).
Jamie Cameron
Twice NABBA Mr New Zealand, Jamie Cameron is one of the best body builders around. He can get massive and yet compete in outstanding condition with amazing cuts and conditioning. Jamie has been an inspiration to many body builders who want to have the best possible physique and still look healthy and vibrant. A qualified personal trainer, Jamie is in charge of LA Muscle operations in Australasia.
Emma
Emma is the main lady, in charge of marketing and promotional events for LA Muscle. A qualified lawyer, she is the brain behind many of the adverts you regularly see in Musclemag, Muscle & Fitness, Flex, Men's Health, rugby and football magazines.
She is definitely no airhead! But then again, if you've seen some of her work, you'd already know that!
Al
Al is the Operations Manager for LA Muscle. He is a very talented and accomplished artist and sells loads of paintings. Oh and if you want to know anything about fishing, he is your man! Al is a fishingaholic! You can check out his web site with some of his work here.
Dr Bod
Dr. Behrooz Behbod (Dr Bod), MB, ChB, gained his medical training in the UK, and is currently specialising in the fields of Preventive, Public & Environmental Medicine. Dr Bod is one of the main scientific advisors to LA Muscle.
As a scientist, he does not rest! This man is always studying, currently doing even more degrees and Masters courses in the USA. Take a break doc!
Johny
Johny is a genius with figures and numbers. He is our in-house copywriter, mathematician, designer and part-time poet! He is also an avid tennis player and ex competitive swimmer.
Sword
Sword was spending so much time at LA Muscle that we decided he was either going to live here or work here. You will often see him helping customers in the LA Shop. Sword is the 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007 London Champion. As you can see, he takes his muscle building very seriously.
Agata
Agata deals with various aspects of Sponsorship. She is sharp and on the ball, which may explain why LA Muscle sponsorship is one of the biggest in the world.
Tony
Tony was head-hunted by us as he is so good! Tony's strengths lie management and IT and he is an invaluable ideas man. He may not be here all the time, but when he is here, there's a buzz around the place!
Ronnie
Our original hot-blooded temperamental Italian Stallion Ronnie is part of the LA Muscle stock management Team. We head-hunted Ronnie from a rival company as he was the best in the business! He also makes a beautiful cup of coffee!
Nandeep
A university graduate and all-round clever girl, she is not to be messed with!
Nandeep is in charge of the LA Muscle Trade Team, dealing with UK and international trade accounts. 
Shireen
Our newest addition to the UK sales team is Shireen. What 
a smile. Her smile is proof that working at LA Muscle is fun and we all love it! (No bribes were paid to anyone being photographed!)
Chris
Chris is our man in Cyprus, in charge of the guys and girls of LA Muscle Cyprus.
As well as our "Cyprus man", Chris is a well-known Greek singer and musician. He has had 3 albums out, the last one receiving international acclaim. 
If you see him in Cyprus, ask him to sing you a line or two of his latest song!
He is a regular visitor to LA Muscle's UK headquarters so we consider him part of the UK team too!
Michael James
The main guy in charge of our ever-expanding Internet web page. Michael is one of the top web designers/programmers in the UK.
Michael and his team spend months developing new concepts for LA Muscle. The new web site was coded by him.
Mike, John, Benny & Rafael
The boys in despatch, making sure the behind the scenes of LA Muscle run as smoothly as possible. Regular customers know that LA Muscle's efficiency and speed of despatch is second to none.
In fact, in all the years of trading, we have got only 3 orders wrong! Not bad, considering the huge volume of LA Muscle orders going out!
Tomas
Tomas works with Ronnie (poor Tomas) and Sword (poor Sword) in LA Muscle building no.2. Together they are the three stooges of LA Muscle, although Sword is 3 times the size of any stooge! Tomas is fluent in several languages and is a very good photographer. In fact, he has shot several LA Muscle competitions.
Doc Yo
The man of mystery. Everyone wants to meet him and spend time with him (I prefer Cindy Crawford myself, but no accounting for taste!). Doc Yo is always in and out of the office. He literally comes in to answer your letters and then he's off! We don't blame him. He gets an average of over 250 complex queries a day!
